Set your intention, put a date in the calendar, then get creative about making it happen. In essence, that is all I did. I didn't know how I would make it work when I first scheduled it. The practical part came later. I ended up liking it so much after my month-long visit, that I decided to move here for six months and work from Thailand. They eat, drink, communicate, pick things up and carry them, bath themselves, etc. I'm sure I'm leaving out a lot here. I heard their trunks have hundreds, maybe thousands, of muscles.
